Bonus Card Information
- For every $50 (after discount and pre-tax) you spend during our Bonus Card distribution
period, you'll receive
TWO $15 Bonus Cards. Each Bonus Card can be redeemed on a purchase of $40 or more
(pre-tax) during our Bonus Card redemption period.
- Bonus cards are offered during special times of the year. Distribution dates vary by location;
please check your local store for details.
- Bonus cards earned with catazine and web purchases will be mailed with the merchandise ordered.
- At the end of the Bonus Card distribution period, there will be a subsequent redemption
period during which you can redeem the Bonus Cards you have earned.
- A $15 Bonus Card can be redeemed on a merchandise purchase of $40 or more before tax.
- Bonus Cards cannot be used to pay for gift cards, taxes, and for shipping and handling charges.
- To redeem your Bonus Cards on the web, please follow these instructions:
- on the Check Out Page, enter your Bonus Card serial numbers in the spaces
provided. Note: Please do not enter your Bonus Cards in the shopping cart
area as you will be prompted to enter on the Check Out page.
- enter your credit card information to pay for the remaining balance of your order,
click "Submit" (we will validate that the Bonus Card serial numbers are correct and
that they have not been used previously and charge your credit card for the balance of the order),
- destroy the Bonus Cards as they are no longer valid,
- your order will be processed and shipped (there is no longer a need to mail us your Bonus Cards).
